- To reflect on one’s attitude towards the gender phenomenon in linguistic communication.
Activity
Before watching the videos answer: - What is the meaning of the following sentence “no hay mejores brindis que los que hacen tus pestañas” - Is this something a female would say about a male or something a male would say about a female? - What is expected from me as a male or female towards my counterpart?
While watching the videos - Identify gender elements that attach meaning to the message. - Compare the female and male stimuli over the same message. - What emotions are contrasted?
